  • 100 g of grated cheese

Preparation mode

  1. First, take a medium saucepan and add half the butter and place over high heat to melt.
  2. Then, add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes, or until transparent.
  3. Once done, add the rice, ready-made seasoning and salt, and sauté until the rice is completely coated.
  4. Add the water little by little, without stopping stirring, and cook over low heat for 12 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  5. So, remove from the heat, add the leek, cheese and the rest of the butter and mix well.
  6. Finally, close the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

2. Leek and potato soup

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons of Olive Oil
  • 3 medium potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 envelope of ready-made seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.2 liters of water
  • 2 cups sliced ​​leeks

Preparation mode

  1. Add the olive oil to a pan and heat to heat.
  2. Add the potatoes, ready-made seasoning and salt. Sauté very well.
  3. Add the water and cook for 20 minutes with the pan covered. Remove from the fire and wait until it cools down.
  4. Then, in a blender add the cooked potatoes and blend for three minutes until smooth.

5. Leek leaf and stalk quiche

Dough ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 spoons of water
  • half a spoon of salt
  • half a spoon of ready-made seasoning

Filling ingredients

  • 2 spoons of oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • leaves and stalks of a large leek, cut into thin slices
  • 1 sachet of ready-made yellow seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 4 beaten eggs

Preparation mode

  1. First prepare the dough. Then, in a medium bowl, place the margarine, flour, water, salt and ready-made seasoning and mix with your fingertips, until you obtain a moist crumb.
