Good Manners at the Gym

How to behave at the gym

1 – Don’t monopolize gym equipment

As well as getting hold of the exercise equipment at the gym.

Not getting off the treadmill, bike or elliptical at the end of your time is very unpleasant.

And, when using a weight training machine, don’t get angry if someone asks to take turns with you, it’s always good to be polite, encouraging cordiality.

2 – Don’t scream!

The person yelling is trying to lift something they can’t handle.

It bothers other people and they look at you in a crooked way, an attitude that is natural among women.

3 – Pay attention to the costume

The costumes used also raise discussions.

Despite being an environment conducive to tighter and even shorter clothes, care must be taken not to overdo it.

It is not prohibited to wear cleavage.

However, it is important not to abuse it, as other students may feel uncomfortable.

It’s not a lack of etiquette, but, in general, people need to have common sense.
