Rodrigo Mussi, ex-BBB, was involved in a car accident in São Paulo last Thursday night (31). He was in a car via app that collided with a truck on Marginal Pinheiros. With the impact, Mussi suffered multiple injuries to his body, including head trauma.

According to Kaique Reis, the app driver involved in the car accident, he had dozed off at the wheel. So, soon after, he crashed into the back of a soybean truck on Marginal Pinheiros. In an interview, the driver revealed:
“I only saw the airbag in my face, I probably had a nap, sleep, something, and unfortunately there was this accident.”
The entire case was registered in the 14th Police District, in Pinheiros.
Kaique also stated that he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision, therefore he was not injured. On the other hand, Rodrigo was not wearing a seat belt, and this caused him to be thrown towards the front of the vehicle. Thus, he suffered several fractures throughout his body and head trauma.
The driver commented that he asked Mussi to put on his seat belt, but he had no way of controlling the use of the safety mechanism throughout the trip. Reis also performed a breathalyzer test, which revealed no alcohol consumption.

In Rodrigo’s case, the ex-BBB player had to undergo two surgeries, on his legs and head. It all happened on Thursday night, at Hospital das Clínicas, in the West Zone of São Paulo.
