
Remember the ricotta Home cooking that appeared here these days? Well, I had a package of Fillo pasta in the fridge and decided to combine the two.
For those who don’t know fillo dough, it is extremely delicate and looks like a very thin sheet of parchment paper! You can make sweets and savory dishes with it.
I placed about 4 overlapping sheets of fillo dough in pie pans greased with olive oil (without worrying too much about the shape). As a filling I used seasoned homemade ricotta and added a few pieces of cheese. I put it in the oven for a few minutes until the edges of the dough browned.
Quick thing to eat without guilt!
