We started a really cool partnership with Britânia and now I have lots of new and wonderful “toys” to use in the kitchen! I’m like a dick in the trash! Hahahahaha
I already had the bread maker (that white one that I’m tired of showing here) and now I have this black one that goes into the new kitchen. But let’s stop beating around the bush and let’s talk about wonderful bread?
Guys, this fiber bread was wonderful! I put the ingredients into the machine in the following order:
1 egg + the amount of milk to make 240ml (put the egg in the glass and top up with milk);
1 cabbage (chá) of salt;
2 col. (soup) melted butter;
2 col. brown sugar (soup);
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour;
3 col. (tea) instant dry yeast;
2/3 of the fiber measuring cup (you can use grains, seeds, nuts, etc…)
*The measuring cup is 240ml.
Then I chose the cycle, shell color and pressed “start”. That’s it, effortlessly warm bread. If you want to see this process in detail (but don’t hesitate) just watch:
