This was a recipe that we recorded for the YouTube channel but ended up not becoming a post because due to an oversight we lost the photos taken during the recording for this purpose. What happens is that this recipe is so good that I couldn’t help but share it with those of you who only follow the blog’s content.

It’s actually more of a tip than a recipe. You start by making a sauté of pepperoni, onion and garlic. There’s no exact amount, it’s like making a pasta sauce. Then add tomato sauce, which can be a ready-made sauce, spread with diced mozzarella cheese and a pinch of oregano.

With all of this boiling over minimal heat, you crack some eggs into the sauce and cover the pan to cook them. The number of eggs will depend on the size of your pan, there must be space between them. Then just season the eggs with a little salt, black pepper and parsley if you want.

Serve with a sliced ​​bread to dip in the egg and sauce!
