INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sushi rice
half sliced fresh mango
half sliced fresh cucumber
half sliced fresh red pepper
salt
sugar
Nori
wasabi
vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse the rice 4-5 time with water till they’re clean clear , then steamed it for about 15-20 minutes with a low heat.
when the rice is ready cover them with a clean kitchen towel and set it aside for about 8-10 minutes.
Add in small bowl 100ml of vinegar two table spoon of sugar and half tea spoon of of salt or a pinch, mix it for about 1 minute.
Add the mix vinegar gently to the the rice till you got the a nice sweetness , place the rough side of the nori in sushi rolling mart , add the rice gently on the nori till the all over the nori except the top side.
Add the vegetables on the rice then start to roll as it has been shown on the video and cut them into 8 pieces.
you can Enjoy it with Soy sauce wasabi .
