Guys, I had this recipe a long time ago, since Ana Maria Braga showed it on the program, but I had never tried it. I was blown away by the result!!! Sensational!
This recipe only includes coarse salt and onion (the parsley is just “perfume” for the photo). I swear, make this recipe, it’s very simple and very delicious!

Ingredients:
1 kg of lean beef ribs in pieces;
1 large chopped onion;
1 cabbage (soup) of salt grosso.

Just line the bottom of the pressure cooker with chopped onion, add the meat (it can be ribs or needle point, it doesn’t matter) and sprinkle the coarse salt on top (I only recommend using coarse salt, you can use refined salt too much).
Cover the pan and place over medium heat, after it reaches pressure, lower the heat to low heat and leave for half an hour. If you want to add potatoes, just open the pan, add the potatoes and return to the heat for another 5 minutes after pressing.
