This recipe is a type of paçoquinha, only even tastier! It uses ingredients like condensed milk and crushed biscuits, it’s wonderful! I’m sure you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
500g skinless, unsalted roasted peanuts
200g crushed cornstarch biscuit
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 can of condensed milk (approximately)
1 pinch of salt
Oil for greasing
Place the peanuts in a processor and blend until finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl, add the cornstarch biscuit, butter, sugar and condensed milk and mix with your hands until it forms a homogeneous dough. If necessary, add more condensed milk.
Transfer the dough to a greased medium pan and flatten with a spoon. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.
