This recipe, in addition to being super simple, does not use raw egg yolks like most recipes. I don’t mind the egg whites but I confess that I’m a little bothered by the raw yolks. Normally I would use semi-sweet chocolate, but as I had a lot of milk chocolate (thanks Lacta!) I used that instead! Look how easy it is:
Melt 1 chopped chocolate bar (170g) with 1 box (200g) of cream.
Place in the microwave at full power and every 30 seconds you stir a little and return to the microwave until it melts completely. Once this is done, let the mixture cool until it is at room temperature.
Beat 3 egg whites very stiff and mix with the melted chocolate and cream. Mix using circular movements from bottom to top. Just that! Now just leave it in the fridge for 2 hours!
Makes 4 generous portions or 5 if in smaller pots like the one in the photo.
