This recipe for Easy chicken It’s one of my favorites ever! One-pot recipe is a lot of love, right people? Not even dirty dishes! Hahahaha. I used chicken wing and chicken breast drumstick in this recipe, but you can use whatever parts you like best. I also used already seasoned chicken as I taught here. But you can also season it however you want, ok?
Ingredients:
– 6 pieces of wing drumstick;
– 300g diced chicken breast;
– ½ chopped onion;
– 3 cloves of chopped garlic;
– ½ cup (tea) of canned green corn;
– ½ cup (tea) of fresh or canned peas;
– 1/3 of chopped red pepper;
– 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
– 1/2 tablet of chicken broth dissolved in 2/3 cup of hot water;
– Parsley to taste;
– 4 cups (tea) of ready-made rice;
– parsley to taste.
Way of doing:
Brown the chicken drumsticks in olive oil. Add the chicken breast and mix, followed by the onion and garlic. Stir until everything is golden brown. Add the pepper, corn and peas. Add the tomato paste and chicken broth with the water. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add the ready-made rice and parsley, mix well and just serve!
