  1. I scrub my potatoes and dry them. I rub them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some kosher salt. I either bake or air fry them. The skin is slightly crisp so you may not care for them but they are so good.

  2. Bake your potato in the instant pot…. Put the potatoes in a dish above the water level… I pressure cook them for 28/30 minutes, depends on size… works beautiful… but I am usually making two large since there is two of us… 🙂

  3. Hi! I recently found your channel and and loving it. In your kitchen you have different size jars storing different things and on each jar is a flat wooden desk with a knob. Can you tell me about those please. I've seen wooden lids for mason jars, but I've never seen lids for the type of jars you are using and I've never seen the little round knobs on the top. Do they have like a silicone edge to keep whatever's in the jar fresh (are they airtight?). Thank you again for making these interesting and fun to watch videos❣️

  4. I live in Scotland UK and we call it shepherd's or cottage pie, nobody really cares what meat or veg you put in it 🤔 as long it has a cheesey topping we all make it the way we like it. Unless you get it in a restaurant they stick to the right recipes its not a very popular dish to order because you can't have it the way you like it.

  5. I make baked potatoes in the instant pot. Wash the potatoes and poke them with a fork every few inches. Put the rack into the instant pot and pour some water to almost reach the rack. Place potatoes on rack and pressure cook for 23 minutes for medium potatoes. And I usually do a quick release. You can then rub them with olive oil and coarse salt and broil in oven yet, but we just add the butter, salt and black pepper at the table.

  6. I make chicken shepherds pie, with potatoes and mixed green beans and corn, and a little cheese on top
I like that the two times I’ve seen you do a shepherd’s pie, it hasn’t been the same exact thing. This one you used mushrooms and last time you used sweet potatoes. Mix it up is my favorite way to do cooking.
