Guys, this recipe was a find! After I discovered it, I never did anything else again! I confess that I’m too lazy to use a mixer and I found this version much easier! And look, it doesn’t lose any quality compared to traditional sponge cake, made in a mixer. It’s super soft!!!
Honestly, I didn’t see any difference. This is the basic recipe, but you can transform it into a thousand other recipes using essence, citrus zest, cinnamon, chocolate, chestnuts… a thousand possibilities!
Ingredients:
4 eggs;
100 ml of oil;
1/2 cup (tea) of warm milk;
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar;
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour;
1 cabbage (soup) of ferment em pó.
