Do you like Brownies? Here’s a super easy, quick recipe with just 3 ingredients: Brownie de Nutella!
Exactly: just 3 ingredients, one bowl, quick, easy and very tasty. In truth. Of course, you have to like nutella… or of chocolate cream with hazelnut.
This recipe took the internet by storm in mid-2017, I believe. It hadn’t been done here Prato Fundo, but I had already tried it before. And really, it’s a really good version and the coolest thing is that it’s super practical.
My version is practically the same as many other places: nutella, eggs and flour. But as I wanted an extra touch of chocolate, I added chocolate. But it’s an optional ingredient, add it if you want.
Another important detail: it is a dense brownie in texture and flavor. It has a lot of flavor nutella or the hazelnut cream you use. Ah, it leaves the crust on the surface: there are people who don’t like it, there are people who say it’s a mistake, there are people who like it. I like it, it looks much prettier in the photo.

Brownie de Nutella com 3 Ingredients
Makes: 9 pieces
- 350 g nutella (any hazelnut cream)
- 2 unit ovo
- 70 g wheat flour
- 50 g chocolate drops (optional)
1 cup: 250mL | 1 tablespoon: 15mL.
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20x20cm cake tin. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the nutella and eggs until uniform.
- Add the flour and, if using, the chocolate. Mix well.
- Transfer to the prepared pan and smooth out well.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, room temperature or cold. It’s easier to cut when it’s cold.
