Dulce de Leche Crepe

The dough is the same as the pancake (click –> HERE to see the recipe). I only reduced the amount of salt by half, removed the saffron and added 4 drops of vanilla essence.

The filling is a mixture of equal parts of dulce de leche (preferably firm consistency) and cream.

To make it fresher, I sprinkled sugar and caramelized it with a blowtorch (click HERE to learn how to use the culinary torch).
Try serving with cream or vanilla ice cream.
