This few days I made some dried meat and I had some leftover meat (around 1 cup) that was sautéed with just garlic and onion. To take advantage, I made that classic blender pie recipe that is a staple in my house!
For the dough, blend in a blender (200ml measuring cup):
1 glass of milk;
1/2 glass of oil;
3 eggs;
1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
1 spoon (coffee) of salt or complete seasoning;
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan (optional);
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder.

* whenever you use yeast in a blender dough, mix all the ingredients and add the yeast only at the end. The less it beats, the greater its fermentation capacity.
Pour the dough into a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. For the topping of the pie I mixed the meat, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 chopped seedless tomato and green chillies; I adjusted the salt, sprinkled pepper and placed it on top of the dough. I covered it with grated semi-cured cheese and put it in the preheated oven at 200º until golden. It was a show!
