Let’s get out of that boring thing that is grilled chicken breast without leaving the light trend? Basic thing, easy to make, but the flavor… something out of this world! I already said that the secret is the seasoning of the chicken, right?
Seasoning (best in the world) for chickens: (amount for a boneless chicken breast cut into cubes):
1 tablespoon of paprika (colorific);
1 tablespoon of mustard;
2 level spoons (coffee) of ready-made seasoning (I used garlic+salt+pepper);
4 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu);
4 tablespoons of vinegar or juice of 1/2 lemon;
4 tablespoons of olive oil;
30 ml water (about 2 fingers of a glass).
Wrap the chicken in this mixture and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (but if you do it the day before, it’s better). Now place the chicken cubes in a non-stick frying pan, when golden you add 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard (I used L’ancienne which has whole grains) and a very generous tablespoon of ricotta cream (Tirolez), mix everything (if the cream is too thick, add a little water). With white rice and a salad, it’s wonderful!
