What takes?

. 1 package of Diet bread

. 1 ovo

. 6 pieces of chopped black plum

. 1/2 liter of skimmed milk

. 1/2 liter of water

. Cinnamon to taste

. Culinary sweetener, brown sugar, stevia or xylitol to taste

. 3 pieces of grated medium apples without skin

How to make?

Start by moistening the bread in water and set aside. Then, just blend the milk, cinnamon and sugar in a blender and set aside too.

So, just combine the dough with the moist bread and add the fruits. To finish, just knead everything and bake in a pan greased with light margarine, in a mild oven.
