Before starting, I must thank you for your collaboration in the previous post (from the supermarket). Good to know that so many people share the same opinion. The idea of the post was this, and also to make us reflect on our own behavior.
Today’s recipe is another one given by Aunt Ana Maria. My friend Candy tested it and Flávia, a blog reader, also liked it and sent me an email with recommendations. And off I went to test it! Guys, the recipe is really easy, check it out:
Preheat the oven to 200º. Caramelize a mold (see –> here how to make). Blend in a blender:
- 4 eggs;
- 3/4 (cup) sugar;
- 1 pot (200g) of cream cheese.
Place in the caramelized pan and bake in a bain-marie until firm (about 35 to 40 minutes). Wait for it to cool, unmold and refrigerate.
It has the consistency (and flavor) of bakery pudding, harder, manja? I loved it because I have a passion for “pudding”padoca“, even those well “fuleirinhos” I like.

*** Note: the pudding, after being beaten, only yields around 500ml of liquid, so it becomes a smaller pudding. If you want a bigger pudding, make 2 recipes (I only made 1).
