  • 1 spoon of spicy paprika
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Preparation mode

  1. First, take a large bowl and add the olive oil, oregano, salt, turmeric and hot paprika. Mix everything very well and reserve the seasoning for our crostini.

  3. Also add the olive oil, yeast and half the water.
  4. Mix well and add the rest of the water little by little.
  5. So, when you can’t use a spoon, use your hands. Transfer the dough to a straight, smooth surface and knead the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous. That is, until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  6. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes and then cover with plastic wrap and leave for another 1 hour.
  7. After this time, divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each one out by hand and finish with a rolling pin until it is thin.
  8. Place it on a baking tray, cut out the edges and use a fork to poke holes all over the dough.
  9. Then, brush the seasoning sauce over the dough, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and bake for about 15 minutes.
  10. Finally, just cut the pieces into triangles and enjoy.
