Crispy Cookies

I had been looking for a crispy cookie recipe for a long time that didn’t go soft after cold. I thought! They stay super crunchy even the next day! The recipe is from the book 400g Kitchen Techniques, which by the way is great!

Below is the photo of the recipe (look at how lazy we are!!!), with small modifications: I didn’t use the mixer, I didn’t add the chocolate powder to the dough and I used semi-sweet chocolate chips.
They yielded 22 large cookies!

I really like these recipes for chocolate chip cookies and Canadian cookies, so whenever I can I look for good recipes and eventually a recipe for crunchy cookies came up that was so good that as soon as I saw it I even recorded a video, you guys

There’s also this recipe that I really like, but the main thing is that it doesn’t use a mixer, it’s quick and very tasty, in fact it has a wonderful fluffiness that makes the cookie melt in your mouth. Anyway, let’s get to the video:
