Guys, there’s revenue I see so much out there that I’m too lazy to post it on the blog hahahaha. This one crepioca is one of them. The fact is that Panelaterapia is practically a virtual diary of the things I eat, and I was feeling a bit of a “saboteur” for not posting, because I always make crepioca.
Basically, when I want to take it easy on my diet and this happens all the time lately, I eat papaya with yogurt for breakfast and crepioca for dinner (for lunch, whatever I have, but in moderation). But I don’t usually stuff the crepioca (since the goal is to keep it light), I eat it just like that, just rolled up because I already find it very tasty.
I mix:
- 1 ovo;
- 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch (the one that comes ready to make tapioca in the frying pan);
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan (good parmesan!)
- 1 tablespoon of parsley;
- Salt and seasonings (according to your taste).
- Beat everything with a fork or wire whisk and make a pancake in a frying pan with a good non-stick coating (my pans are these here)
Then I grate a little more cheese on top and roll it up. If you prefer, you can stuff it. I maintain that it is beautiful and doesn’t leave that feeling of stuffing that the breads I used to eat for dinner cause (ok, I still eat breads from time to time, because right?…)
