Creamy Rice Pudding with Condensed Milk

Here on the blog I’ve already made a version of this rice pudding without condensed milk, which is how my grandmother used to make it and how my mother makes it. Honestly, I think it’s equally delicious, but when I posted the recipe, a lot of people asked me if they could add condensed milk and so I decided to try it. It was delicious too!

If you prefer softer sweets, with less sugar, I suggest you make the version without condensed milk (see the recipe here). Now, if you are an “ant” like me, make the same recipe, but at the end, instead of adding sugar, add condensed milk. I added the whole can, but I suggest you add half and add the rest little by little and taste.
