Creamy oven pasta recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g penne
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 can of tomato sauce (we have a recipe for homemade tomato sauce)
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 1 can of cream
- 300 g of presumed minced meat
- 300 g chopped mozzarella
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- First, boil the water to cook the pasta, adding a pinch of salt.
- When cooking, set aside.
- Then, in a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic.
- Then add the tomato sauce, cream cheese and cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it cook for a few minutes until the cottage cheese melts.
- Remove from the heat and add the chopped mozzarella and ham.
- Once done, add the cooked pasta to a baking dish, pour in the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes to brown.
- Ready, your oven pasta is ready to be served.
