Creamy Chicken with Two Garlic

Delicious recipe! Facim to do!!!
I used 5 seasoned chicken fillets that I cut into very small cubes. In a frying pan I browned 2 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil, added the chicken and when it was golden I added 1 sliced ​​garlic stalk. I added two fingers of water to help the garlic soften. I added a tablespoon of mustard (I used a German one which is milder, but if you are using normal mustard, add 1/2 spoon) and 1/3 of a package of ricotta cream (you can use cottage cheese or cream if you prefer). To make the cream thinner, I added a little water. I sprinkled some chives on top just for freshness.
