Gorgonzola cheese or any cheese from the “blue” family is controversial! There are those who like it and those who run away, right? I love! But if you’ve already tried it pure and didn’t like the flavor or the characteristic aroma, I invite you to try this recipe.
It’s super easy to make and looks wonderful! Believe me! It doesn’t have a strong flavor! I’ve served it to a lot of people who didn’t like gorgonzola and they loved it!
Ingredients:
1 cabbage (soup) keep with salt;
1 col. (soup) olive oil;
1 chopped onion;
2 garlic cloves;
1/2 kg of chicken breast cut into cubes;
salt, black pepper and parsley to taste;
80g of gorgonzola cheese;
1 col. (soup) mustard;
250ml fresh cream;
Parmesan cheese to taste.
