When I saw the recipe I thought it was so incredibly simple that I made it right away. What a pleasant surprise! Super refreshing! A great option for hot days or when you want lighter food, you know? You can try it and you will enjoy it!

Just Mix:
Cherry tomatoes (I used sweet grape) cut in half. 1 can of corn (in the original recipe it was roasted corn). Fresh mint. Fleur de sel (I used freshly ground sea salt). Olive oil (I used Borges with garlic). Vinegar. Grated cheese (the original recipe called for feta, but I only had buffalo mozzarella that I grated finely). Delight!
