I thought this recipe was very different because it was made with corn flour, I never thought about making cakes with it. It’s super easy to make, everything blended in a blender (or mixer), just the way I love it. Because avoiding fatigue preserves beauty, right, ladies? Let’s put this delicious cake in the oven and enjoy some coffee?
Blend in a blender for 2 minutes:
2 cups of milk
2/3 cup of oil
3 eggs
Now add:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of corn flour
25g grated parmesan cheese
* beat for another 2 minutes.
Join:
50g grated coconut
1 tablespoon of baking powder
* Beat quickly just to mix

Place the dough in a greased and floured pan (use wheat flour). Place in a preheated oven at 180º C to bake. Do the toothpick test (insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, it comes out clean, it’s ready). In my oven, about 40 minutes.
It’s very similar to cornmeal cake, very tasty to accompany a freshly brewed coffee!
