Imagine a good, beautiful, cheap AND easy-to-make cake. Ready. It’s that! The best corn cake I’ve ever eaten! Very cute!!! And hey, it’s made with canned corn and everything is blended in a blender. Makes a big cake! Send it into the “liqui” glass (always use the corn can as a measure):
1 can of green corn without water
3/4 can of oil
1 can of milk
1 can of sugar
1 can of fubá
3 eggs
1/2 package of grated coconut
2 tablespoons (flat) of baking powder.
Mix everything, place it in a greased and floured pan and place it in the preheated oven for about 1 hour at 200º. I loved this cake! With a little butter melting on top, that’s it.”Linda“! Goes to my “the best” list!
