Cookies Yoki Betty Crocker

Those of you who follow me know how much I enjoy making homemade cookies, so much so that there are a ton of recipes here on the blog. Although it is possible to make a tasty cookie at home, it is the final texture that makes the process complicated. It’s very difficult to achieve a professional texture, the really crunchy one, you know? And that’s what I loved most about these Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies that I tested.

Yoki Betty Crocker once again proved that she is here to stay! Guys, besides the delicious flavor, the texture is spectacular! VERY crunchy!!!

And the ease? Just mix 1 and ½ tablespoons of margarine and 1 egg, that’s all and the magic happens! Even children can do it (with the help of an adult to handle the oven, of course.)
Approved with flying colors! I will do it many times!!!! And there are chocolate flavored cookies too, which I’m already dying to try!
