Cooked Corn with Seasoned Butter

Sauces and Salads

I stay here with my 100% natural seasonings from Pitada Natural, inventing recipes and ways to use them and that’s how the best cooked corn I’ve ever eaten in my life came about! Seriously guys, you need to try it! It’s a silly thing, it’s not even a recipe, but it was so amazing that I’ve already made it about 5 times here at home!

Ingredients:
4 to 6 ears of corn;
1 tablespoon of sugar;
100g of softened butter (ointment point);
1 level tablespoon of Indian Natural Pinch;
Himalayan pink salt to taste.

Way of doing:
Place the already sanitized cobs in the pressure cooker. Add water until it reaches half of the cobs (no need to cover). Add a tablespoon of sugar and heat over high heat until it reaches pressure. Lower the heat and count 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Mix the butter with the Indian pinch and pink salt. Serve over cooked corn.

Indian Natural Pinch and Himalayan Pink Salt can be found here: https://www.pitadanatural.com.br

Of course, you can season the butter with whatever you have at home, but look, this Indian Pinch gave it such a special touch that I highly recommend that you try it and come back here to tell me what you think.

Extra tips: you melt this seasoned butter in the microwave and throw it on the popcorn. It looks wonderful too!!!
And you can use several different pinches and make several special butters to use on meats, vegetables, etc.
