With the price of meat being worth more than gold, the best way is for us to throw ourselves into chicken, right guys? And there are so many good recipes that I don’t even miss red meat. This one, for example, is super easy to make and is very tasty! You can vary the vegetables and use the ones you prefer, okay?

Ingredients:
6 to 8 pieces of chicken;
1/3 kid (chá) Vinegar;
1/2 col. (tea) salt;
3 cloves garlic;
1/2 cup. (tea) Mayonnaise;
Vegetables to taste, I used potatoes, mini onions, tomatoes and carrots;
Salt, black pepper and chives (or parsley, or both) to taste.

Way of doing:
Make a sauce by mixing the garlic, salt, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over the chicken pieces, mix well and set aside in the fridge, preferably overnight, or for at least 2 hours.

Remove the chicken from the marinade (sauce) and place it on a baking tray, add the vegetables and spread some of the marinade left in the dish over them. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 1 hour. Remove the paper and return to the oven until golden brown.
Sprinkle chives when serving.
