You already know how “homemade cookie crazy” I am, right? I love making it and I love having it at home to eat and serve to guests. So I thought: why not make a cookie out of a practical and very tasty drink? I used Melitta’s coffee with milk to flavor it and it was really delicious!!! And the best part: look how easy it is to do:

Ingredients:
– 1 ovo;
– 1 cup. brown sugar (tea);
– 70g of butter or margarine;
– 1 col. Melitta Café com Leite (soup);
– Cornstarch until smooth (approximately 300g).

Start by mixing the egg with the brown sugar. Then add the butter, which must be cold and cut into cubes. Add the Melitta Coffee with Milk and gradually add the starch while kneading with your hands. When it becomes a uniform dough that doesn’t stick, just make the cookies in the shape you want and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the edges are lightly golden.

My tip is that you serve it with a warm Café au Lait, which provides that comfort for us to feel more about life, you know? I doubt you’ll watch the video and not be dying:
