Remove some fillets from the peel of 1 tangerine and 1 orange (without the white part) chop finely or use a grater, you should get 2 tablespoons in total of finely chopped peel. Reserve.
Mix 100ml of cream with the juice of 1/2 lemon and let it rest for 5 minutes (the intention is to curdle).
Blend in a blender:
3 eggs;
5 tablespoons of softened butter;
The curdled cream;
The segments of 1 tangerine without the seeds;
1 orange without the peel (without the white part) and without seeds;
3 cups (tea) of sugar.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the tangerine and orange peel, add 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of sifted wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix well and bake in a well-greased and floured pan (because it tends to stick to the bottom) in a preheated oven at 200º.
