Chocolate Truffle Cups with Strawberries

Total comfort food! You know that crazy desire to eat a really good dessert, but that desire that can’t wait for the dessert to freeze, or have to unmold anything, so this is the solution.

I did everything eyemeter Same, but I only made 2 of these cups. Do it like this:

Take a ready-made chocolate cake, it can be homemade or purchased (Pullman, Casa Suiça, Wickbold…), crumble it coarsely and set aside.

Then make a soft spoon truffle: melt 100g of milk chocolate, add 4 tablespoons of cream, 1 dessert spoon of rum essence and 1 dessert spoon of honey. Mix and set aside.

The second cream is chopped strawberry, sugar and whipped cream (I used the spray ones).

Assembly: At the bottom of a transparent bowl or cup, place a layer of crumbled cake and moisten it (be careful not to make it into soup) with a little milk. Spread a layer of soft truffle, another layer of moistened cake crumbs and finish with the strawberry cream. To decorate, I covered it with chocolate balls. Delicious huh!!
