This recipe is super simple and practical, but it transforms any boring cake into a super chocolate cake! It doesn’t make much so if you want, you can double the amount. It can also be used in ice cream and desserts in general. Look how easy:

Bring to the fire:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (I use DOIS FRADES®)

Let it boil and thicken. If you are going to use it as a topping, put it on the cake as soon as you remove it from the heat because it thickens and dries out a little when it cools. If you are not going to use it immediately, heat it over the heat before using it so that it becomes less dense and spreads easily.
