Chocolate Mousse

Sweet cakes and pies

I could only reciprocate the comments on the previous post with something very sweet and unanimous among the women! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness and for understanding what I write! But let’s get down to business! This mousse is not very airy, but it is easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients:

3 whites

3 excited

150ml cold cream (2/3 of a small box)

200g semi-sweet chocolate (I used a block and another row)

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa or almond liqueur (optional)

Considerations:
– Remove the skin from the yolks to avoid the egg taste. If you don’t have the experience of doing this with your hands, place the yolks in a sieve and don’t spoon or anything, just let the yolk drain.

– I beat the egg yolks and sugar with a wire whisk and it was quite tiring (I recommend a mixer).

– When you add the chocolate to the beaten egg yolks, it will clump and turn into a doughy ball. Do not freak out. Use a spoon to mix well and add this paste to the egg whites. After turning on the mixer everything comes together.

– I didn’t add the liqueur, but if you want, it should be added along with the cream.
