It’s not a traditional fudge with all its steps, it’s a fudge my way: “easy, quick and delicious”.
Just chop and melt in the microwave (low power) a 180g chocolate bar (I used the boy’s 55% cocoa). Stir until completely melted, then add:
1 tablespoon of honey;
2 tablespoons of creamy dulce de leche (at room temperature);
Pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios or any chestnuts you prefer, roughly chopped and in the quantity you want.
Mix everything, place in a baking dish or ovenproof dish covered with baking paper or aluminum and greased with oil (very little), cover with aluminum or plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
