Leaving the line of “light” posts completely, I present to you this chocolate wonder! It makes you fat, it’s true, but it also combats PMS, comforts you, and puts you in a good mood. After all, readers are not forced to “swallow” recipes for salads and whole grains every single day, right? Let’s balance it out: one day lettuce, the next cracklings!
I made a ganache using 150g of melted semi-sweet chocolate, mixed with 1 small box of cream and drops of rum essence.
The decoration was made up of the wonderful cherries that I have found in large supermarkets for 8 or 9 pounds per kilo (what a joy! I threw myself into the cherry!).
