It is important to remember that, although it is a popular method, the Chinese table is not scientifically proven and, therefore, feathers must be used as a form of fun.

How does the Chinese calculator work?

The calculation of the Chinese table is done by crossing some information, such as the woman’s lunar age, which is done by adding “+1” to the age at which she became pregnant (as long as she was not born in January or February). Understand better about the Chinese pregnancy table.

In addition, the calculator also uses other information, such as the month of the woman’s birthday, the month in which she became pregnant and whether she was born 9 months old or less.

How to interpret the result?

Depending on the information entered, the result of the calculator will indicate whether the baby is a boy or a girl.

How to really know the baby’s sex

To really know the sex of the baby, it is recommended that the woman consult an obstetrician, so that tests such as ultrasound can be ordered, starting in the second trimester of pregnancy.

In addition, it is also possible to know the baby’s sex through fetal sexing, which is a test that analyzes maternal blood and helps identify the baby’s sex from the 8th week of pregnancy. See other proven ways to find out the baby’s sex.
