You must be thinking this orange color in chicken is strange. I explain: this color is due to the seasoning used, which is what really gives flavor to the “bland” chicken breast. You can season it your way, but if you want a wonderful seasoning, there’s a great recipe –> here.
For this recipe I used 4 chicken fillets seasoned 1 day in advance according to the recipe linked above.
Look how easy it is: I fried the fillets in a little olive oil, and set them aside. In the “dregs” of the frying pan I used, I added 250ml of cream (I used pasteurized bottled cream) and 4 tablespoons of crumbled gorgonzola cheese. I let it come together and added the fillets again. I sprinkled it with parmesan and because I was too lazy to put it in the oven to brown, I used a blow torch. In 10 minutes you have this delicious dish waiting for you for lunch. Good right?
PS: I forgot to say that when seasoning the chicken, it’s better not to use salt or full seasoning because the recipe uses 2 salty cheeses, okay?
