With chicken breast we need to be creative, right? No one deserves the classic grilled chicken fillet every day! Kind of boring stuff. So to give it some variety I made this recipe. And the combination was delicious! We love it here at home! Check out:
I sautéed bacon in its own fat, added the cubes of chicken breast that were already seasoned, when they were golden I added the leek and dripped a little water to release steam and wilt it.
