Chicken with creamed corn recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast (learn how to shred chicken in less than 1 minute)
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pot of cottage cheese
  • 1 can of drained green corn
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablet of chicken broth
  • grated cheese for sprinkling
