Chicken Wings with Barbecue Sauce

For this delicious recipe I used chicken drumet, which is the drumstick of the wing, but you can use tulip or the whole wing if you want. I made small changes to the recipe and the game went like this:
I seasoned the drumsticks the day before and left them to marinate. Season it your way, but it doesn’t need to be strong seasoning because the sauce is very striking. Lemon, salt, black pepper and garlic are enough. I also added a little paprika to add color.

I lined a pizza pan with aluminum foil and greased it with a little oil (this makes it easier to clean the pan later). I placed the drumsticks and baked them at 250º until they were golden brown. It is essential that they are very crunchy.


For the sauce, I put a little Barbecue in a frying pan (I used Hunt’s), 1 teaspoon of honey and a little water to make it thinner. I put it on the fire until it boiled.

I turned it off, added the already roasted drumsticks to the pan and tossed them in the sauce. People from heaven! I’ve already made ribs at Barbecue, but this chicken exceeded all expectations! This is crazy!!!!

Honestly, I’m too lazy to make a homemade barbecue. As it’s not something I consume frequently, in my case I think it’s more practical to buy it ready-made and this one is very good (it’s not advertising, you know?).
