I imagine the name of this recipe is because it contains cheese, tomato sauce, oregano. She’s an old acquaintance of mine. I’ve seen it in restaurants, on the Nestlé website, Edu Guedes, in short, it’s a wild recipe to give a new look to boring chicken. It’s worth it colleagues!
Quantities here are less important than how to do it, oh how easy:

“Line” the bottom of a refractory with tomato sauce (it can be industrialized or if you prefer to make it yourself, I gave a good recipe –> here). Grill some previously seasoned chicken fillets and pour them over the sauce. Top with mozzarella (yes, it’s with “ç”), tomato slices, oregano and basil. If necessary, add a pinch of salt to the tomatoes.

Place in a medium oven just to melt the cheese and heat the sauce. I like to serve it with white rice and potato chips. Like this:

*** IMPORTANT:- If you want a lighter version you can use ricotta instead of cheese.- A good seasoning for the chicken also makes all the difference, I season it –> like this.
