Marina from Só Penso em Comida and I recorded a revenue collaborative. We did a Chicken Pie With Catupiry com Massa Podre It was amazingly good, a creamy and super tasty filling and a dough that melts in your mouth!!! Marina made the filling for my YouTube channel and I made the dough for her channel.
Filling Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 piece of 10cm of finely chopped leek
4 chopped skinless and seedless tomatoes
1 pinch of sugar
800g cooked and shredded chicken
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pitted olives
Salt and black pepper to taste

Dough Ingredients:
3 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of milk
1 yolk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
The way to make the dough is just mix everything! If it’s wet, add a little more flour, if it’s dry, a little more milk. It should be a uniform dough without sticking to your hands. To see the point of the dough, just watch the video http://bit.ly/MassaPodre
