Do you like comfort food? Very homemade seasoning, a taste of country food? Let’s agree: what a bad name for this recipe! Either way, the flavor is very good! In fact, there are several versions of Chicken Soup depending on the region, this is mine!
Recipe for 4 to 6 people:
Temperei (no “eyemeter”) 3 pieces of thigh, 3 of thigh (without skin) and 500g of breast cubes with the seasoning found in the link below:

I fried a (large) chopped onion in olive oil, added 3 chopped garlic cloves and finally the chicken. When it was cooked I added 2 chopped skinless and seedless tomatoes and left it until it melted.
I added two chopped carrots and 1 cup of green beans (all fine) and added a cup of chicken broth (I used powder dissolved in boiling water… but homemade is always much more glamorous) and left it until the vegetables were soft.
At the end I added a cup of fresh peas (two minutes is enough for them to cook) and 4 cups of ready-made rice.
I sprinkled green scent and lots of grated (good) parmesan.
Unique dish with green salad: easy and all the best!
