Cherry Flan

Another idea to make for the end of year parties. Easy to prepare and festive! I used mini molds, but you can make it in a pudding mold or a single baking dish. It was delicious, folks! Very light and fresh! It can be served with whipped cream or Greek yogurt.

Blend in a blender (or mixer):
1 can of condensed milk;
2 boxes of whey-free cream;
20 units of cherry in syrup;
6 tablespoons of cherry syrup;
5 tablespoons of lemon juice;
1 envelope of already prepared unflavored gelatin (* instructions at the end of the post).

Place in the container you chose and refrigerate for 6 hours.
If you are going to unmold, wet the mold before putting the flan in (this helps a lot).
To decorate you can use cherries and whipped cream.
