I loved this one No-bake cheesecake! It was delicious!!! As good as the roasted version that you can access by clicking here, and the best part: it’s much more easy to do! That revenue It’s very small, ideal for molds that are 15 to 20 cm in diameter, so if you have a large family, I suggest doubling the recipe.

For mass:

  • 1/3 package of milk biscuits (I used the malted milk one from Piraquê)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine

Grind the cookies in a processor or blender. Mix the crushed biscuit with the butter chopped into small pieces until it forms a moist crumb. Line the bottom of the pan with the “crumb”, pressing it well with your hands. Bake in the oven at 200º for 10 minutes and let it cool before proceeding.

This is the same dough as the baked cheesecake and you can choose to bake it or not, the difference is that when baked it becomes a little more crunchy.

Cheesecake:

  • 300g de cream cheese;
  • 2/3 cup (tea) sugar; 1 small box of cream (200ml);
  • 1/2 packet of colorless, flavorless powdered gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the packaging (the entire packet is 12g, so you will only use 6).

Mix everything with a spatula and place it over the dough. Place in the fridge overnight to allow the cream to firm up. If you are in a hurry, use a whole package of colorless gelatin and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours, it will harden faster but will be less creamy.

Unmold and cover with your favorite jam or jam. I’m using a creamy guava paste, if you can’t find this product you can melt regular guava paste over the heat with a little water, let it cool a little and add it on top.

This is a good scandal cheesecake!!!
