Cheese Bread in a Sandwich Maker

I have one sandwich maker (one of those cheap ones) that I use practically every day for breakfast, but I’ve been getting sick of my bread with butter or bread with ham and cheese, and that’s when I decided to test the recipe for cheese bread. I’ve seen a recipe for cheese bread in a sandwich maker so many times, but I never paid attention to it, until I tried it and loved it!!!

With this amount of dough I make 2 slices. As my sandwich maker is a grill type, the slice is very thin, but I like it, it looks like cheese bread toast. Just mix well:

• 1 ovo;
• 1 tablespoon of oil;
• 3 tablespoons milk;
• 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan;
• 3 tablespoons of sweet cassava starch;
• 1 generous pinch of salt.
